Who We Serve

At Sevā Seeds, we recognize that caring for the caregiver is essential.

Those who dedicate themselves to supporting youth often carry a great deal. They hold space for others while navigating high levels of stress, fatigue, and emotional demand.

Our Guardian Retreat Programs are designed for those within the broader ecosystem of support: guardians, educators, counselors, healthcare workers, wellness practitioners, and teams within schools, institutions, and nonprofit organizations.

Our Approach

Each retreat includes a thoughtful balance of education and restoration, offering both practical tools and embodied practices that participants can integrate into their personal lives and professional roles.

​​Through these retreats, participants are supported in:

  • Regulating their own nervous systems

  • Preventing and recovering from burnout

  • Deepening self-awareness and resilience

  • Strengthening their ability to show up with clarity, compassion, and sustainability

  • Practical tools for supporting emotional regulation (for self and others)

By prioritizing the well-being of those who serve, we help cultivate stronger, more supported communities where care can be offered from a place of fullness rather than depletion.

​​Sample Itinerary:

  3 Day + Overnight Guardian Growth Retreat  

 

Purpose: Deep nervous system restoration, habit rewiring, and sustainable lifestyle change. 

Sample Structure:

  • 8+ hrs daily, 3 days / 3 nights (Day 4 check-out)

  • Overnight accommodations at Gaia Villa Joshua Tree, or similar property

  • Location recommended in Joshua Tree, CA, or may be near company site

DAY 1: Awareness & Decompression

 

Theme: Slowing down and understanding stress patterns

  • 12pm/Afternoon arrival + digital detox 

  • Lunch + snacks

  • Downtime + connect with group and land

  • Workshop: The science of stress, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Dinner

  • Wellness Activity: Opening ritual + yoga nidra (guided deep rest practice)

 

DAY 2: Regulation & Resilience

 

Theme: Learning and practicing regulation tools

  • Wellness Activity: Morning gentle yoga or Qi Gong

  • Breakfast

  • Workshop: Nervous system regulation + emotional resilience

  • Lunch

  • Downtime / Reflections

  • Workshop (Experiential): Sunset equine experience (horse grooming + leading) for emotional mirroring + awareness

  • Dinner

  • Wellness Activity: Evening sound healing journey  

 

DAY 3: Integration & Sustainable Change

 

Theme: Bringing wellness into real life

  • Breakfast

  • Wellness Activity: Morning nature walk/hike + reflection

  • Workshop: Building realistic + personal wellness plan 

  • Downtime / Reflections

  • Lunch

  • Downtime / Reflections

  • Dinner

  • Wellness Activity: Closing ceremony w/ fireside intention setting or stargazing

DAY 4: Departure​: Breakfast + Morning checkout

Take Home: Simple daily reset routine, stress-response cheat sheet​

 

Outcome: Participants leave calmer, clearer, and with tools they can use immediately.
